During the morning of this fourth session, participants will have the opportunity to highlight their celebrations and discuss their challenges with co-teaching teams from other buildings and districts. Teams will implement an assessment tool to guide reflection on the effectiveness of their partnership and practice, utilized instructional practices presented, and analyze co-teaching scenarios and propose resolutions for consideration. The optional afternoon session will provide co-teaching teams time to work together to address any areas of concern and/or plan for effective instruction.
