The U.S. Department of Education has released the following policy guidance regarding private schools and Title I.

 

 

Non-Regulatory Guidance for Title I Services to Eligible Private School Children

This guidance relates specifically to Title I, Part A services for private school children. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the authorizing statute and applicable regulations by both public and private school officials.
