The Office Data Services team is responsible for providing and supporting human resource, payroll, and finance systems.

• Finance and Human Resources Package Support (SMART) and consultation 
  • Includes financial package for accounts receivable and payable
  • Data integration with State reporting (MSDS - FID), Payroll package and outside vendors such as EduStaff
  • Includes web based payroll voucher and staff demographics/attendance information
  • Data integration with State reporting (MSDS - REP) and Finance package (SMART)
  • Includes all payroll processes, including Time Entry and direct deposit
