Advanced Allied Health

The Advanced Allied Health Program helps high school seniors explore potential healthcare career paths. Students are expected to complete training and education to sit for the National Certification Exam for Clinical Medical Assistant, with the option to pursue further certification in Phlebotomy (when meeting minimum requirements). 

Students will receive training in a variety of health care procedures, including medical asepsis and the OSHA standard, clinical laboratory, urinalysis, the medical record, and much more. 

Eligible students have the opportunity to participate in the KCC CNA program.
